I don’t know how many times I personally got emotional on Rebekah & Krayton’s wedding day. It was just such a beautiful day worshiping the Lord in joy over His goodness & faithfulness. God writes the best love stories and theirs is no exception.
A few things I loved about this day:
-Observing & admiring close family & friends work hard from morning until evening to humbly and joyfully serve Rebekah & Krayton
-Watching all the happy tears flow down Rebekah’s eyes as she took in each part of the day and what it meant
-The sweet emotional moments between the bride & her family as they thought about what this day meant for all of them
-The groom anxiously awaiting to see his bride & the happy jitters he was having
-Seeing how much it meant to the bride to have her sisters do her hair & makeup
-The precious moments between the father & bride during their own first look
-Watching the utter joy during Rebekah & Krayton’s first look together
-The build up of the ceremony; the washing of feet; the witnessing of their vows and commitment to each other
-The plane that flew over head (and very loudly) as the pastor announced them husband and wife
-Their first kiss as husband and wife and how they gleamed walking down the aisle
-The laughing, the joy and the glee during the reception by everyone
It was a precious day and one I’ll never forget.
