Brad and I planned a baby-moon trip to Florida in May and it was such a great decision! What wasn’t a great decision? Driving the entire way from Kansas to Florida…while 33/34 weeks pregnant. 😉 It honestly wasn’t as bad as it sounds and we got some wonderful quality time in!
We made plans to visit some of Brad’s side of the family in Georgia before Florida, and that was a lot of fun. They showed us around town, took us on a golf cart drive adventure, and then we ended the evening at the most amazing and adorable restaurant “The Curious Pig” where I enjoyed THE MOST incredible food ever.
Florida was surprisingly rainy/cloudy/and cool temps! But we still got to enjoy amazing beach days during our stay. Oh, and most importantly, I got to watch Die Hard for the first time and now understand why it’s referred to as a Christmas movie. 😉 And I have to say…I would totally agree. 😉
Here’s some photos from our adventures!
